i started getting this magazine which i did not want, so i started investigating and found that unbenounced to me i had been charged $139.83 on my mastercard. thank heavens there was a phone number and i called it, well first 2 calls said due to high volume of calls leave my name, number and reason for calling. well needless to say, they never called so i finally got a hold of them by saying i wanted to talk to them about the magazines i was getting. I got this lady, and i started to explain and she said that i had signed up for 4 magazines, which i did not. they weren't even the kind of magazines i read. the address they used is only our physical address not our post office box. i told her i was not even getting the other 3 magazines that i was charged for and she said i "couldn't cancel. i said what do you mean i can't cancel, i don't want those magazines and i want a refund. she said she could only give me a partial refund and i again said, "no way, i want a full refund,
i didn't ask for these magazines, and i don't even know how you got my credit card inform ation. she got off and come back after about 3 minutes and said again" we can't cancel these magazines and i can only give you a partial refund." well i am not even getting the other 3 and i will be d***** if i'm getting a partial refund for something i'm not even getting. she got upset with me when i said i will contact my attorney, and she said "well i will have the gentleman that has the recording of our conversation call you with the recording and i said you do that, cause i know i did not ask for these magazines. they are crap magazines that i would not pay $139.83 for. so you go right ahead and have him call.

well guess what? no phone call, no recording. probably no refund. i want these people stopped. what a ripoff!!!
