I paid $435.66. They did not have the product to replace, so they refunded me $95 . I sent half the non working units back at my expense. UPS tracking 1Z9Y42Y50391010917.

SEVERAL EMAILS TO SHAH HAVE BEEN IGNORED - I gave them 1 week to resolve this and nothing. Not sure who Shah thinks he is dealing with.

I am now filing online claims and reports with every web site I can find including the BBB and my credit card company and pricegrabber.com
