Rip off
I have canceled my account several times and they insist on charging my account sometimes they have even charge my account which then caused a chain reaction to the affect that I had to pay the back several 100.00's of dollars because I have canceled the account within 15 minutes after getting on the sight. The contract says I had a certain amount of time for free and I canceled right away. This is a rip of service and they refuse to stop my account.

unauthorized monthly charges
fraudlent $1.00 monthly charges since November 2008. I also tried to call and all I got was an automated response wanting me to enter my card number and or home phone then disconnets, needless to say I was not going to enter my card number. There is not a solution other than to cancell the current card they are using and not to order ANYTHING using your debit card number onlne and to dispute the charges. There is a 50/50 chance in getting the funds back. I am inconvience with having the time spent and having to replace my card.
