yesterday I went online trying to find information on medical grants ...I received a phone call from customer service 866-315-3967 (govt grants). I wanted to order the forms to complete and only pay $1.95. However, for some reason I was also signed up for an expensive on line service to help with completion of the forms, which I do NOT need NOR WANT. I tried to tell them this and they kept saying I wasn't in the system yet to cancel the service. If I wasn't in the system, how did they get my number to call me? I've called them several times and requested they remove my name from the service so I do not get charged $70+ on my checking account. These people don't seem to understand...and now I'm almost forced to change my bank account to keep them from applying any charges. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Also, my number has been given out to other companies and I'm being bombarded with unsolicited phone calls. Please help me to get this stopped ASAP. Thank you!
