I purchased items from My Shape and needed to return them. I sent them back over a month ago and have not received a credit. When I contacted them via email this is the response I received:
Thank you for your phone call. We regret that we can no longer process refunds to credit cards or issue store credits. We are very sorry for this disappointment.

Respectfully! I think not! And "sorry for this disappointment"? Please, this is stealing, not a disappointment! I am now left with no merchandise and no refund! Here is another thing to add to my to-do list.
