Spark ATM
I signed a contract with Spark ATM, a rental contract, a few days later, I called the consultant and told him to change to the hi lo contract, he said he could not as the signs had already been made, found this strange. A few days later again, he called me and said that the application had been declined. He also jippoed the application form and told me to put things in the comments that weren't true just so I could get it accepted. A few days later again, he called to say they had managed to put it through, he was suppose to change it to the hi lo contract. At the end of December my account was debited for R1800. I called the consultant and he said "no no it must be a mistake as you are on the hi low contract" he then called the office and when he realised he hadn't changed the contract, he got defensive and told me we never had the discussion re changing the contract. I then never put cash in my ATM because I did not have cash to put in because of the huge debit at the end of December. I constantly emailed and left messages trying to resolve this matter. I was ignored and then issued with a breach of contract for not filling my ATM. They knew very well that I wasn't going to fill my ATM because they had taken all my cash and put me on the wrong contract. 3 months past that i did not fill the atm and asked them to remove it and cancel contract all together, they continued to ignore me until eventually I contacted and emailed the owner, Marc Sternberg, I then received a call saying that they were "out of goodwill" going to change me onto the correct contract. The original consultant, also Mark, but Roberts, no longer works for them, but another consultant was sent out, Sean, and I explained what had happened to him and he too was shocked at the service I had gotten. new contract was signed and I saved up R2000 to fill my ATM within about 2o days. Then I realised that no money was being reimbursed from withdrawals into my account, as its meant to happen. So, I contacted Danie Ellis from Spark ATM, and he said its because they are taking my reimbursements and using it to pay for the three months I never loaded my ATM!!!???? So, again, I don't have money to load my ATM! I need to know what my rights are, please!
