I called to get some information. I was assured that if I had a DirectTV satellite I would have no trouble installing a BlueDish. If not we would get our full refund back, minus the $5 processing fee. Installer came out and took one look at the sky and then said it was a no-go... he didn't have a view of the southern sky. (which is total BS, but whatever). So a month later we still never got a refund that we were promised, so we called and they put us through to billing... where we were made aware of a $50 re-stocking fee that was never explained. Ever. Even when I asked the customer service gentlemen on the phone when I signed up if there were any hidden fees/charges we would not get back he said NO. Still waiting for our $99 refund that we were promised as well, which every time we call we get the answer that 'it should be coming off soon'. Still waiting...
This place is a dog-and-pony show. Do not deal with them!
