I have had the same complaint with this company that the other person has stated. They basically are unethical and have absolutly no customer service. I must also agree that their cellphones are very overpriced and when you receive it, it most likely will not work. I ordered a cellphone from this "company" (and I use that word lightly) a couple of months back and when I received it, it would not power on. I contacted them and asked them what I should do and they told me that I was a liar and that it wasnt possible. I assured them that the phone did not turn on . They ignored numerous emails of mine asking for an exchange. They finally answered my email and told me that they would not exchange or refund my money, that there was no problems. I also received a full refund from my credit card company because they found mycellbay in the wrong. Also I dont agree with the name calling in their comments. It just goes to show you that people like this should not be able to deal with the public. Anyone who takes the time to read this should understand that when you order from this company you will not be getting any quality products, just a headache.
