I just want to cancel my membership, I really don't have a complaint. Well maybe just one, I think we should have a phone number available instead of having to come to this. Please cancel my membership and discard my credit card number. I would like for someone to email me as soon as this can be dealt with. Thanks

never even saw my credit report and the did charge me 14.95 and its going to continue and i want to make it stop they tricked me it was only gonna be a one time deal but their is no phone # to cancell

this company is a joke! I wish I had read the whole complaints against them beforehand! I tried cancelling with them and they denied to issue back my money saying that I went past the trial period which was 8 days. when I demanded to speak to a manager the lady said well how about if we offer you a full credit report at half the price to get you to stay with us, I said no thanks, Experian offers a better one at $5.95 monthly. and then when I asked her how would she feel if she were in my shoes, she said" i understand" all i want is my money refunded and took forever just to wait. dont do any kind of exchanging with them! they are a rip off!!! her name was cynthia by the way. And then had the nerve to say really quite don't yell at me!! hahahahaha

On 3/21/08 I called mycreditreport.com and cancelled the 30day free trial. I was my 3rd day into the free trial. I told the person to cancel and they did not. For over a year I was billed on my debit card and the bank had no idea who was doing it. They were listed on my bank statement as MNI CREDTIRPT MNTR SVC 866 36586 CA.
I found them April 21, 2009. When I attempted to sign in I learned that my password and username was expired. Sent them a letter requesting the $119.40 that was billed and I have not received my refund. Since I had only used the service 3 days I never got any information from the website. I got a non existing credit report from the operator who did not cancel the trial offer. She told me that they had no credit report for my home based business, and I told her to cancel the service. She was trained to convence people to call back later and I told her that I wanted it cancelled because why would I need it if they had no report for my company which is what I needed?

Advertise that you have 30 days free of checking your credit reports and scores...I was charged $29.95 and told I would have all 3 reports-score and complete access - UNLIMITED - for 60 days...The only thing they don't tell you is that you cannot log on to your account w/o paying again...TOTAL FRAUD !!!
