I received an email from mydigitaluniverse after I purchased a SONY BDPS5000ES from them. I did not receive any email correspondence from them after that. It had been a full week after I ordered the item. I called them and spoke to mike, who stated that the item was discontinued and not in stock. He then proceeded to try and sell me a more expensive . They never sent me a notice that my order was cancelled. Buyer beware when ordering from this merchant. I will never order anything from them again. Horrible cutomer service and no communication.
