I purchased a multi game DS cartridge, it was faulty . I contacted Mydsgame.com who asked for me to send it back, they acknowledged they received the faulty cartridge on 25th january and were preparing a replacement one and would contact me as to when it would be posted.
I have sent mydsgame.com several emails to find out what is the progress of my goods, as to date I have not had one reply from them, I have contaced the admin office, customer service and the person I originally started to deal with non of whom have given me the courtesy of a reply.
So mydsgame have my $100 US and now my cartridge and I cant get an answer from them at all.
I do believe this is a bad thing for such a large company to do so all you DS lovers out there DONT buy your cartridge from this company as like me you will end up paying for something you just do get to use.
MyDsgame. com Penang Malaysia is not good with after sales service yeah quick to take your money but not to good on standing by their customers who have a problem with their product.
