didn't order anything from them
I don't know who these people are, I saw a charge on my bank statement and don't want their product. I received a bottle of pills in the mail Extreme AlclBerry there was no packing slip and no information on them. I do not want this product and don't know how to stop them.

did not receive product
I have never received this product and I was charged over 111.00 CAD on my Visa Card. No one ordered this product nor asked for a trial version. I have only tried the Bromalite and Acai berry pills and am trying to stop any further charges with them..but the gall of myeztrim to charge my visa and not send the product is unmitigated. I have had to change my visa card which is very inconvenient in order to not be charged once again for something I did not receive. Oprah should not be touting thse companies until she gets all the facts.

Unauthorized charge
I had ordered a "free" sample of Acai Berry Power and first had an unauthorized charge on my debit card for The Fitness Factory of $29.95 which they graciously refunded. Today there is another unauthorized charge for $89.31 from MYEZTrim, a company I have never heard of. As other complaints have noted, it is impossible to reach this company via phone or e-mail.

unauthorized debit charges
A few weeks back I ordered a free trial of acai berry for $3.95 shipping. Immediately after ordering, I got a confirmation in my email that I was signed up for their fitness program. I called immediately (within 30 minutes of ordering) and told them that I didn't sign up for or want the fitness program. I get those benefits thru my work. They politely told me they would cancel the membership. Now, I see that 3 weeks later, they just charged me $89.95 & deducted it from my checking account. That is soooooooooo not cool. I'm furious. Thank goodness I balance my checkbook on a regular basis.

Goods Charged but not received
Goods ordered. Charge taken from Credit Card. Goods not received. Cancelling credit card to avoid future payments being taken unlawfully!

charging on debit card
I went on a website for acai diet supplement.. I only ordered a free sample and used my debit card for the shipping and handling...now I see on my bank statement that I am being charged 89.31 that I did not request to be taken out of my account. I will notify the bank that I did not request this to be done. the shipping and handling was only 3.95. I request that this be credited back to my account.

Unauthorized charge
This company charged unauthorized charges to my card, and they are REOCCURING, no less. The amount was small: $3.95 My Bank notified my of suspicious activity. Myeztrim, which I have never heard of and never used, will not answer the phone when I call. This is completely unacceptable.
Whoever used my card also made charges to: Consulti Villepinte, Adteractive, Acai Supreme

Cant get in touch to cancel more tablets
I ordered a free sample of Acai berry tablets from the web site face book, i gave my card details as it said only pay £2.95 p&p. When i got these tablets they were supposed to be Acai Berry 500, & they are not 500's, i didn't know until i read the piece of paper with the tablets & it said if they don't hear from you in 14 days they would send another supply of Acai Berry there was only this phone number to get in touch, no address or e-mail address. I went into web site for Acai Berry only to find WARNING'S about these tablets saying they are not what the company say they do. I also phoned America several times to cancel all further supplies of these tablets & all i got was a lady's voice telling me that this call was not free & i would have to pay or else hang up, so i waited then a man's voice said they had extended their hours until 9 pm & it was best to call between 6pm &9pm mountain time i never got a reply & i phoned several times at 11.30pm. They have taken £59 so much pence out of my credit card & i have only had the tablets five days. Something will have to be done about this company. A Walsh ( MRS )

unauthorized use of debit card
I have never been to this website, I have never ordered this product. There is an authorized charge on my debit card for $89.31. I call the number and cannot get through. I searched on line to see what this was (that is how I find the website). I don't know how they got my debit number but I had to cancel my card so that they would not continue to use the number. I have reported it to my bank.
