I bought into their great idea of being to have access by video on what was going on in my house.
Well first the cameras are big and noisy (when the camera does move)
Next to add cameras you need to have use Internet Explorer 7
Plus to access changes that you need to make now you need Firefox
But most of all the cameras are setup only to use wireless "G" only
Limiting any range they may have.
Tech support is just not good. You have to available Mon - Fri
because they think we are at home then. So no evenings or weekends to help you.
They have limited knowledge about routers telling you
need to contact the Company you got the routers from.
Note I tried 3 different routers all of them have problems.
The time it takes to get them up and running can be a day work. If the power goes off or the
internet connection goes down you have to start all over again. The reset button what a joke.
Safe your money and go elsewhere.
Plus note all the over the top reviews and watch how fast they response to this.
That should tell you they’re the ones making false remarks on how they’re better than anyone else etc...
