Mygrantsite.net charged me for fees they were unauthorized to take. I ordered a disc for $1.95 and was charged an additional $7.95 and 2 payments of $39.95 each. I have been going back and forth with them on the phone since May 2nd about refunding my money to me. I even did a 3-way call with them and my bank because they keep saying they credited the payments to me and I have not recieved it. their phone number is 1-877-495-1145. They also gave my banking info to 3 other companies and i was charged for several different things. this resulted with me being charged insufficient funds from my bank. Totaling a whopping $417.00. I asked them who was gonna pay my bank fees and they said oh your bank should take care of that.. My bank sais no way the company is responsible for that.

I called over 1 month ago to cancel the order I had made, for a grant cd for $1.99. My account was charged $59.95, this was supposed to be taken off my card. Now I find another $40.95 has been charged on my card.

paid an initial $2.00 received the cd. one month later received a charge of $39.95 wich caused an overdraft fee in my account.

March 1, 2009 I called a toll free number obtained from the internet and order a CD-ROM that addressed Grants from the US Government. The CD was free and all I had to do was pay postage of $2.29.
Today, April 9, 2009, I received my charge card bill and found the charge for $2.29 plus 4 other unauthorized charges.
The first unauthorized charge, dated March 9th, was by "Mygrantsite" for "services" in the amount of $39.95,
The second unauthorized charge, dated March 16th, was by GMP (Las Vegas NV) for "education" in the amount of $7.95,
The third unauthorized charge, dated March 23rd, was by "NETWORKAGENDA.COM" (Utah) for "merchadise, retail" in the amount of $9.95.
The fourth unauthorized charge, dated, March 25th, was by "WEBSAVECLUB.COM" (Las Vegan NV) for "Services" in the amount of $34.95.

Today I called their toll free number and got to a service that handles "Customer Service". I was told the charges would be removed and credits would show up in my next billing. I was given a confirmation number for each charge.

I will called my charge card company and alerting them to the fact that are bit ti honor any charges from the companies names involved.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I was only to be charged 2.95 for a cd i ordered (but never got) and now there has been 39.95 was taken out of my checking account TWICE in less that a two week period. This was NEVER approved. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!! i have also fileed a complaint with the BBB, I will go to whatever lengths I have to, to get back the almost 80.00 that you STOLE from me. Don't bother sending the cd because obviously if you are going to rip me off this way your cd is worthless too...You may redeposit my money into my bank account. DO NOT TAKE ANYMORE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT YOU FRAUDS!!!
