Went to website, ordered free cd, but closed out of website once I found out there was a free trial attached to it. I did not confirm any charges or membership, nor did I receive any confirmation, notification, or free cd; yet I was still charged 2.95 for shipping on the cd, and 39.95 for the membership.
This is a very unethical practice of the company. They should, at the very least, send an e-mail confirmation...like all companies do...so one can be aware of products they "bought" and charges that will be made to their credit/debit card.
Though, I can say that the company representative I talked with was nice and helpful (albeit a little pushy for me to keep the membership), and I was able to cancel my membership and receive a refund (except for the 2.95 shipping fee on the free cd that I never received). It was not as big of a hassle as I anticipated.

These scumbags told me that I was going to be charged $1.45 for shipping their cd to me. Three weeks later they charged my debit card $39.95 without my consent or knowledge. When I called for a refund they told me it would be 4-6 weeks because of the bank to bank dealings. BS BS BS BS!!! I spoke with my bank and they told me that the credit would appear the day after they received it from the company!!

The ripoff company also tried to tell me that it was on the website that if I didn't contact them within a certain time that I would be charged that amount!! More complete BS!! I don't know about now, but when I was on there that was nowhere to be seen!! If it was I would never have ordered as I have been out of work for over two years and can barely spare the $1.45 it was supposed to cost!!!

This is fraud!! The people running this website should be prosecuted and thrown in jail!!

Also, just to let people know someone also called me with some kind of coupon deal. They apparently already had my card from this ripoff company as they knew the last four digits of my card. The card I used was brand new I only used it with them and at the supermarket. So that means it was another scam.

They said they would bill my card for a dollar and I would receive over $40 in gas coupons along with more coupons and savings for other stuff! When I told her that I couldn't afford it she tried to shame me into it by saying 'oh come on scott you can't afford a dollar!' I then hung up on her. Within a week they had fraudulently charged my card from the first scam!!

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this site!!!

MyGrantSiteNet has taken $39.95 from my account without my authorization. I had signed up months ago thinking that this would be a change to receive money for personal needs, but the free period ended quicker than I was informed. I had this removed from my account, and the charges were returned. I have not visited this site since then, and today I looked in my account to find that they have robbed me. If anyone has a contact number to this company or to the better business bureau, please post it on this website. I don't know about you, but taking anything without that person's approval, especially when it was already handled and remove, is stealing.

Unbelievable. I too ordered a cd for grants from 3 grant companies paying a total of less than $8.00. I recieved nothing from any of the companies and was charged several fees to my account upwards of $300. The other companies are grant connect and grant one day. These companies were recommended on several other sites that said these were the best grant companies. They say you can get grants to start a business. I have done more research since then on staring a small business and have found through SBA that the government does not infact give any grants to start a business, but only to established businesses. This was a complete waste of time and money. I've spent hours on the phone with different companies getting these memberships canceled and getting my monies refunded. Fortunately, after convincing these people that i do not want or need any service they "provide", i was promised a refund and provided with confirmantion numbers. What do we have to do to stop this fraud?

Agreed to take 2.95, but took an additional 39.95. I never received the first disc or any other information from this company.
