MyGreenTeaExtreme.com has taken money out of my account 2 times. This has been without my authorization and I have tried contacting them by phone and e-mail and have had no luck. I have sent the product back and still no response. Ther 100% guarentee policy is a fraud. Any suggestions on next steps? I have aslo sent them a registered letter regarding this.

This company suckers you in with a "free trial", which you have to pay for shipping (Okay, I can live with this). I never received a "trial product", but was charged the shipping for it nonetheless. I tried to cancel before the trial period was over, and apparently could not, never got a confirmation, so I was charged ~$75.00. I sent e-mails to them and made phone calls (to people who couldn't understand English very well), and was told they would send me cancellation forms (because they couldn't cancel over the phone, or on-line), and I would be able to return the product for a refund. Never received the forms, but was charged again, and received another bottle of product. I called my credit card company's dispute center, and they called the company (with me on a 3rd line) and we got the person to give me a web site to download a cancellation form which stated it may take 21 days for cancellation to take effect, and I could NOT get a refund. The credit card representative asked to speak to a supervisor, who was able to process a cancellation, but no refund, and upon pushing by the credit card rep., made an exception to refund me half of only their most recent charge. I don't know if this was a lie too, as it is yet to be seen whether I will get any money back. At least my credit card company has a record of them saying I will not be charged any further!!! I guess it's easy to call yourself a millionaire, when you're as unscrupulous as Bernie Madoff of this crooked company.
