I ordered product on April 3, 2009. After one month, I started trying to contact company about product not being received nor had the order status changed. Their phone number is listed as a Las Vegas, Nevada but their address is in Flordia. Mapquest has this address listed as an attorney's office. I called them and left a voicemail concerning them with what had happened. I still have yet to hear back from them as well. After several attempts by phone and email and never speaking to anyone, I realized I had been scammed. The problem is I ordered online using my mastermoney card and my bank won't issue to pull the money back unless they speak to someone at that company. Great because I have been calling for a month and have never spoke to anyone. It just rings and goes to voicemail. I have been researching online about their company to see if anyone else has had this happen to them. I have found 2 other people so far that have posted blogs but haven't been able to get a response from them. They just coughed it up as a lose and I am not willing to do that. I have contaced ABC's 20/20, Better Business Bureau, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). I believe that this may have happen to several people who just let it go and this is not right! If this has happened to anyone else please stand up, speak out, and don't let this happen to someone else.
