I'M A BLUEHIPPO CUSTOMER THAT SIGNED-UP FOR A DELL DESKTOP COMPUTER IN2007.WHEN IT WAS ADVERTISED ON TELEVISON IT WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE ABOUT NO, CREDIT CHECK.WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR THE DELL DESKTOP COMPUTER, THEY ASKED IF I HAVE A CHECKING ACCOUNT SO THEY CAN TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR THE DESKTOP.AFTER GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AND FINDING A BETTER DEAL ON THE SAME DELL DESKTOP COMPUTER.I CALLED TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT, BUT I WAS TOLD NO REFUND, THAT I COULD ONLY GET "STORE CREDIT".I ASKED, TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER I WAS TOLD IT WASNT ANY MANAGERS.I WAS OFFER A CALLING CARD WHICH WAS $151.00, THAT I WAS DIFFINITLY NOT INTEREST IN.THAT'S THE BALANCE THAT I NEVER RECIEVED THAT WAS TOOK OUT MY ACCOUNT.NO, COMPUTER, NO REFUND.CAN'T ~NEVER~WIN~TO~LOSE FOR NOTHING.
