Unauthorized Voice Mail Service
I received an email from this company stating I had ordered their iMail voice mail service. The email contained an old home address, and a phone number that I did not recognize as ever having belonged to me. When I called the number I found it belongs to a staffing office for Bank of America.
I called this Myiproducts customer service and told them I was submitting a complaint to their state attorney general, and also calling the BBB, as I have not ordered this service, and they better not bill my phone number.

charged for services not ordered
MYIPRODUCTS placed a charge on my local phone bill for services I did not order. When I called the call center they informed me that several notices had been sent to my e-mail address as confirmation of the order. I went back through all e-mails for the last 3 months and have never received an e-mail from this company or any other regarding a charge to my home phone.
I'm filing a complaint here and with the Beter Business Bureau. This company is scamming people and should be stopped.

internet scammer
This company is still racking up unauthorized charges in scamming people on their AT&T bill claiming "enhancement services". I am currently trying to dispute a 14.95 charge. I will be contacting BBB!

Charged me for services I did not order!!!
I too am a victim of this crooked company. I am a single mother who uses her computer to attend college to get a better job and take care of my Avon business. According to the lady that I spoke with I signed up through one of these sites and on Christmas day of all days. I could not even afford to have a Christmas for my two boys so why would I add another bill to myself? I think companies like this should have their internet licensing revoked and they should have to give everyone who was unwillingly charged, a refund!

unauthorized charges
Enhanced Services Billing Inc. billed my AT&T phone bill for $16.13 which I did not authorize. When I called them at their 800 # 800-286-4455 I was told that I ordered a personal 800 number whicle online. I knew I had not done such a thing. They insisted that they could track back to my email address and that I was sent an email within 48 hours which would confirm if not replied to. I told them that when I see emails that I don't recognize, I send them to spam. I would never in a million years want or need a personal 800 #. They say they will credit my acccount but it usually takes 2 billing cycles. I will watch them like a HAWK to be sure I get my refund. There should be some kind of law against these type of scams.

Illegally charged me
I just got my first bill from Myiproducts imail and I didn't order this product. It came on my AT&T bill and I work for AT&T. I have seen a lot of this where I work and I don't agree with it. I would greatly appreciate it if this company would quit cramming our customers. We are in the business of customer service and a business like this makes it hard on us when we get blamed and have to clean up their mess. Remove this from my AT&T 05-27 bill.
