From work we routinely order for lunch from around our area. I ordered from Mykonos Cafe a Greek salad. We called in advance to check on the price (6.50) and to see if it included spanokopita in the salad. We were told it did. I then placed my order and we had one of our employees pick it up.
Upon her return, she told me that the charge was 10.00 because the salad did not include the spanakopita. The salad was very poorly put together, there was a bunch of lettuce (some old lettuce) some tomato slices, onions, NO feta cheese, three olives and three small spanokopita.
When I saw the dish, I called them inmediately. I was poised and calm but my complaint was poorly received and they hanged the phone up on me. I called back and spoke with a second person and simply said I was stopping by to pick up my money and leave their salad. I was told OK. When I arrived there I was received with animosity and complete nonprofessionalism, they were rude and refused to give me my money back. I wasted time, gas, and money. This is a low class place that nobody should be visiting. The salads are a fiasco and way overcharge.
IUnfortunately in Rochester there are no good places to have Greek food. This episode was a disaster and I was robbed.
