They offered me a onetime free viewing of mylife.com, and then double charged me over $100.00 dollars after I entered the site. This site is a ripoff.

Was charged 60.00 then 19.95 every month after for nothing very rude trying to cancel. Never signed up for this.

WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR THIS SERVICE THEWAY THEY BREAK DOWN PAYMENT FOR A YEAR WAS 8.95 PER MONTH FOR A YEAR. LITTLE DID I KNOW I WAS CHARGED FOR THE FULL YEAR UP FRONT. I WAS FURIOUS AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED TO CANCEL FOR A REFUND. OF COURSE I DID NOT GET ANY INFORMATION OR USE THE SERVICE AND AS PER INSTRUCTIONS TO CANCEL HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE IN THE MORNING. I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND WAS TOLD COULD NOT RECIEVE A FULL REFUND BUT THEY COULD GET A PARTIAL REFUND BUT HAD TO TAKE A LESS EXPENSIVE PLAN. I TOLD HIM I WAS UPSET WITH BEING CHARGED FOR THE FULL YEAR IN ADVANCE AND WANTED TO CANCEL AND GET A REFUND. I WAS TOLD THE FULL REFUND WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND REPEATED THE SAME PARTIAL REFUND AND OTHER PLAN. I SAID IMMEDIATELY AFTER I SAW THE FULL CHARGE I CALLED MY BANK AND PUT A STOP PAYMENT AND AM GETTING A NEW CARD TO INSURE NOW THAT I CANCELED I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY FURTHER CHARGES FROM MYLIFE.COM. I IMMEDIATELY SAID NOW THAT YOU HAVE PUT A STOP PAYMENT I CAN NO LONGER OFFER YOU ANYTHING. EVEN IF MY CLAIM AGAINST THEM IS DENIED, I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW MY EXPERIENCE WITH MYLIFE.COM. SO BUYER BEWARE NO WAY TO REFUND.

I got a full refund after my second complaint for their outrageous charges. I simply asked for their street address so I could complete my complaint to the Texas Attorney General. All of a sudden I got the response we'll refund you in full so you don't have to "be bothered" with filling out forms for the state attorney general.

I was trying to get contact info on my cousin Terry Lee Branstetter, and the stated it was a free search site; however, the would not give me an info until I agreed to a month subscription. Somehow, the already had m bank account number and the name of my bank. When I agreed to sign up for 1 month for a fee of $9.95, I tried to log back into that account and could not do so. It stated my login and./or password I had just given them was invalid. Therefore, I need to know how I can prevent them from charging my bank account, since the obviously have no intenti0n of letting me get the information I was trying to find. Can you help me cancel any business with them and prevent them from debiting my bank account. Also, are there any real truly and totally free people search sites on the web that I can find the info I am looking for to include name, address, email address, etc?
