The TV ads imply My Life is a free service. It's not. The ads say My Life has millions of messages accessible by just going to their website. Once again, a lie. My Life showed 57 people who were "searching for me". I'd never heard of ANY of them. I signed up thinking perhaps I could hook up with some guys I was in the military with. Turns out that searching FOR someone requires another membership which costs even more than "getting messages from people searching for you". This is a total scam.

They will not stop taking money from my account . They told me it would stop and they have continuied to steal money out of my account. This is a crime and they are doing it in the clear light of day! They need to be stopped and refund the stolen money back!

After receiving multiple emails on a daily basis from these guys, I gave in and signed up for 3-month 'trial membership' using PayPal. After attempting to log on their site later that day was told I was not a subscriber. Did some more investigation and believing it to be a scam, I sent an email using the link provided (which turned out to [email protected] rather than MyLife) requesting refund, cancellation of further charges, removal of my name and personal information from their site and that I be deleted from there email list. It's been 2 weeks with no repay from them and am still getting emails daily. Went to PayPal and cancelled recurring charges for this company and filed a complaint to get refund of the 3-month trial membership fee, then went to their web site and deleted my profile with them. Not sure where they got my info but would guess with their affiliation with Reunion.com that it came from ClassMates. I'll be going to those to sites next to delete myself there. If you paid using PayPal you can check the list of recurring payments you've authorized and cancel any you don't want.

We need to contact the State Attorney General or Consumer Protection or a private attorney to file a class action suit. I have never been scammed like this. They are smooth, unethical and conning a lot of people out of money. Wait until a year after initially being scammed. They send an e-mail stating that they will be billing your credit card or PayPal next year too. Where does PayPal fit into this scam? Any recourse?

Called them to cancel subscription years ago, then found out we've been billed $36/yr. Called & they agreed to refund last 2 yrs for $72, then we find they charge us another $36 on the same day, saying the refund is for that charge plus the most recent one.
DO NOT sign up for this service, and if you want to cancel it tell your credit card company not to honor any more charges from them.
