This Company run by Nikeia has bad business practices, awful communication and no wthics what-so-ever!!
Nikiea chose to DELAY a reund that was promised to me ONLY to claim Fraud on my PayPal acct. before paying me. By doing this, she has tried to demean my character and have my acct. CLOSED.

She is a very scrupulous individual and should not receive any traffic to her site MyLittleSecretsOnline.com

I have also been told her units shed and many of the claims on her site are FALSE in regard to her Lace Front Wigs.

OTHER GRIPES ABOUT THIS VENDOR:
~I didn’t receive the original wig because the vendor said that it shedded badly and she did not want to send me a bad wig. I received another wig that the vendor had in stock 4/13.

~I waited a few days before applying the wig and quickly noticed that it was shedding badly. Hair in clumps in the sink & on floor. Each time I finger combed the wig or combed it, massive amounts of hair would fall out. I can’t wear the wig because too much hair has fallen out in the top & back; you can see the “wefts”.

~I notified the vendor of the defect 4/25, however, the vendor did not appear receptive to my comments.

~4/29 I sent the vendor an email requesting a replacement of the defective unit. She refused. Here is the response “we cannot replace your unit. We shampooed your unit before it left and there was no problem. Lace fronts are a little different than full lace wigs. And when knots are bleached you have to be very careful. I can issue you a store credit for 40.00 dollars I hope this helps.”

~My faith in the vendor and product is shaken. I do not want a store credit. I want a full refund for this defective unit.

~ she DOES NOT bleach knots as she claims - you WILL be charged extra and she will take longer just to mail out an IN-STOCK unit.
