Over the past couple of months I have bought 3 Panerai watches from OJ at Watch U Want, and each time the experience has been excellent. On a personal level, OJ was also very helpful chatting through the specifications of each of the watches, and helping me make an informed choice. Once the wire transfer was complete, the watch arrived in the UK 2 days later. I was really impressed with the fast turn-around, and I would recommend you use the special international delivery method which limited my duty exposure.Overall, the experience dealing with Watch U Want has been excellent.
I received parcel yesterday. Everything went fine finally thanks to the sending of your invoice. The package was great and in perfect conditions, not to mention the warch. Great, superb, exactly the one I was looking for.

If I need a new watch some other time, or any of my friends need one, I will give them a hint about your business in Singapore. Yes, I've received the watch and I'm very happy with my purchase. Your web site is very good, with many many choices. I was studying the site a couple of days before I decided which watch to buy. Ordering the watch was pretty simple and payment as well. When I got the tracking number I followed the watch from Singapore to China to France and finally to Sweden. The product does also have a 1 year warranty included. My experience upon ordering from their website was they accept payments through Western Union, Paypal and Credit Cards. They will provide an email confirmation for both order, and tracking number.They do also have a 24/7 customer support through phone, email and chat. However the shipment got delayed for two weeks but their customer support group had been very helpful. I sure can say it is worth the wait and will definitely recommend this to my friends.
