charges
Just received a $35.96 charge to my bank account that I did not authorize. I have no idea what it is for it just says reoccurring charge andf the above web-site. I want it refunded .

illegal charged
Illegal charged on a credit card unauthourized and also the service. The program was uninstlled from computer and still some how was charged from a credit card.

Money taken without authorization
Money was taken off of my Master Card without my authorization. I am a single mom and need all the money I have and some one decided to take what I had since they must have needed it more. I will be contacting my Attorney General and complaining as others have done and try to this site shut down. I have called the number that is provided and with no surprise it does not even work.

i did not order this all i did was update my norton and i also got charged for this also
i was charged on my mastercard for 49.99 for myord.com mn all i did was update my norton, , what the hell is this...if this is the way norton works than ill get rid of norton also.d3cd7

Nothing has been ordered from this company. A chasrge of $49.99 has appeared on my Visa 2008 statement. I need it removed or refunded.

Fraud charges on credit card
I was charged $131.98 for something from Symantec HP Mobile (www.myord.commn) on my credit card. Beware all!
