Never got FREE shipment
Never received shipment and was billed 87.00 plus int'l charge of .65 and the company is in Fl.
Told them and they said wait till I get it and then call and they would TRY to refund me.
I check things very carefully and would have never got into anything at that price per month see I'm on a limited income. After reading all the complaints I went to my bank to take care of the matter.
REMEMBER NOTHING IS FREE, GUESS I NEED TO REMEMBER THE SAME.
What was billed to me, the companies name does not even exist on the . com
When they answered the phone no mention of company name and was waiting for ever to talk with someone only to find they were of no use in giving me my money back

scam
Who are these people who do not answer the phone nor respond to their live chat service.
I have been charged over $100 for who-knows-what product.
The charge appeared 1 time on my bank statements, disappeared, then appeared again--both times for the same amount of money. The first charge had their phone number, which got me nowhere.
This is a SCAM!!!

Fraudulent charges
Lots of small charges started to appear on my mastercard check card one day (I check it online almost every day). I hadn't heard of the products, and hadn't ordered anything remotely similar. Each charge entry in my checking account had a phone # next to it.:
'nice smile' - 877-221-0483
'oxi berry' - 866-906-6551
'ag skin care' - 800-5092105
'esupplement stores' - 614-344-4073
I canceled the check card immediately, filed fraud complaints, and was reimbursed by my bank. Do this RIGHT AWAY if you notice unauthorized charges on your account!
I called, got through and supposedly 'canceled' each order, except for the oxi-berry one - lots of hangups, voice recordings, and someone asking for the card # there. I didn't give out any more info, I was just wondering how the scam would play out if I actually spoke to someone. I'm not too worried now, since the card number used is canceled.
I'd really like to know how the card # was stolen in the first place, though.

Charged for product I never received
I ordered the free trial of Acai Berry & colon cleanse. I never received either product, but was charged. 40.27 for one and $87.11 for the other. I called to complain and asked for credit, waited over 30 minutes on the phone before I was able to speak to an operator. Not sure if my order was truly cancelled or not. I did however receive a cancellation #. The operator I spoke to didn't seem to be concerned that the product had not arrived and that I had been charged, could not confirm with him if I would be receiving credit for the fradulent charges. In the mean time I tried the on-live chat process. What a Joke! After 30 minutes waiting for a response I gave up. I kept getting the same pre-printed message that an operator would be with me shortly.
