Mr. Vikas Goyal is a scam

Vikas Goyal use always a tattic. He ship other goods without value, or only little part of order, or invent problem whit custom and many other story.
This company is real and result registration number, and all result ok. What if possible to stop it? I need a suggestion to stop it, i dont want that scam other person. I should alert indian authority?
