This company clearly displays your log discrediting your reputation by the implication you support their word. The word "Free" is also clearly is displayed on this webpage, yet after being forced to submit my peresonal information, they removed three charges from my account resulting in $70.00 in charges from my bank.

Upon speaking with the customer service representative Chris Parker (Rep #B147), and ultimately speaking with his supervisor (which evidently had the very same voice), Mr. Alex Miller, I was told it's the "Consumer's Fault for signing up", upon my indicating to them there is no indication of "Risk Free" on the heading page. I was then told I would be given a 2nd website to confirm this.

Although I'm being refunded for the two charges $3.73 and $3.77 for "E-Books" which I had no idea was required to obtain the "Free" information, I was told I would not be funded for the $70.00 overdraft fee that was charged due to their abuse of my account, but I would not be refunded for the $1.98 for the only approved charge I'd given them for the "Free" CD's to find out how to obtain "Free Grant Money".

Additionally, although I signed up on July 10th, their reference to a 7 day trial period was not honored as I noticed one charge having hit my account on July 14th, and the 2nd pending today.

Please address this issue if for no other reason than to clear you name from their website.

This is a marketing scam at it's finest!
