I wrote a complaint to you about the obama HAMP Home Affordable Modification Plan and could not follow up...It will take an Act of God for me to Obtain a Modification of my Interest Only Home Equity Loan. HOPE referred me to the Treasury Dept and they even led me on to believe that the reason Wachovia Rejected me, a total of three times, was INVALID. June 08 2010 without consulting me they closed the case. First the HAMP people led me arounfd for three months and a year later the same thing happens with the treasury Dept. Who can investigate this. I have been rejected by government Officials and Representative, "make Shift" help agencies with incompetent employees and now the Treasury dept with no record of telephon ecalls has rejected my case. I paid down my principle from andd Loan Payment to $580. form $1260. Yet the treasury informed me I still did not qualify for a modification. I am SSD and I will sell my condo to pay off the Interest Only Home equity Loan. It has been a nightmare. Taxes haven't even been lowered but my home value is down $75, 000!

i have sent money to different people and places for goverment grants to try and open a small restruant and to get myself out of depth and to help my mom have a surgery she despretly needs and money for my kids to go to college

Its kinda funny that u guys r selling theft protection when in reallity you r the ones that we should be worried about i had money taken out that i didnt authorize out of my acct and now i got overdraft fees you guys r the real crooks. I was told idd have my money deposited within 72 hours ill be waitin for it. i called and they said it was caancelled if it happens again i will call my attorney and take further measures!!!11
