The original concept was fabulous, but my last order, in December, was a nightmare
The original concept was fabulous, but my last order, in December, was a nightmare. Only 1 out of 9 items fit, and they would allow a return on only 2 of the 8 remaining items. I returned them, only to find out, a couple of months later (when enquiring about the credit not appearing on my credit card) that they had huge financial problems. Their bad return policy and financial problems caused me to lose close to $150. Even if they come back in business I will never deal with those people again.

They are now sending out sizes that don't fit
There is something going on there, and it isn't good. I ordered from them in the past without problem. However, they are now sending out sizes that don't fit, even though I ordered pants in the past that did fit. Now I'm getting emails that items I've ordered are no longer available. I'm done with My Shape. I think the whole business is going under. Just an opinion. It's simply not possible for a business to stay afloat with what appears to be complete chaos. Do not order from them. You will not get what you want.

Refusal to issue refund
I wanted to return three items I had ordered Nov. 24, 2010, from MyShape. I contacted them and received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label on Dec. 15, with their apologies that I wanted to return them but thank you for going through the return process. The refund was estimated at $265.73. By January 11, 2011, I hadn't received a refund yet, though UPS confirmed that MyShape received the items that I returned. I was told by a customer service rep though an e-mail dated January 13 that MyShape is no longer accepting returns and that the items would be returned to me. Now, this was not the return policy when I ordered these items, nor was it the policy when I wanted to return them. But since they have begun this "all sales final" clearance, they won't return the items or refund my money. They are no longer responding to communications, and I have since begun the process of disputing the charge on my credit card, and I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

refunds for returns
I made three purchases in November and December 2010 from myshape.com and needed to return them. These purchases were made and returned long BEFORE the clearance sale which did state that no returns would be accepted. Myshape.com gave me preprinted return labels and accepted the returned merchandise three separate times but failed to send me a refund. I have been calling and emailing the company for a week now. I have received no response except for a cryptic email stating that they are no longer accepting returns or processing refunds or store credits. They accepted my returns months ago and are now, apparently, planning on keeping my money. Simple theft. Does anybody know the legal recourse for fraudulent activity by an internet company?

Bad service
MySahpe is an online retailer operating out of California. They are apparently closing down of going into bankruptcy or facing some other difficulties. Despite this fact, they continue to advertise their merchandise without any warning that they will not accept returns or exchanges. In fact, in my communications with them, they agreed to accept the return, provided a pre-printed return label and affirmed that they had received the item. They then sent it back to me, refused to return my calls or emails until I threatened legal action, then just tonight advised me that they "no longer accept returns/exhanges or give store credit." I checked their website tonight and there is no mention of this fact. As an online clothing store, they are expected to accept returns and they advertise that they do. MyShape has apparently taken no action to advise consumers of the fact that they are not operating as before and are deliberately misleading consumers.
