Unauthorized charges

This company charged my credit card $29.95 in June 2009. When I called the co to inquire about the charge, I was told that it was for a product Acai Slimming Diet for $2.08. I immediately canceled the order because they also included an order for DRI Power Tea for $37.36 which I did not want. I was told that they would credit the July charge but instead they charged my credit card $29.95 under the name Fitness Hub. Other names they charge me under were: fit-fac.com and DJM LIFSTYLEFIT.com (4 charges). They deliberately change their name but charge the same amount each month. It appears to have started when I ordered the Acai Slimming Diet free trial. I would recommend that people not order this product.

fraud/scam

This company www.myship.myway.com is under the www.fitfactory.com "business" is has been charging unauthorized charges of $1.17 and $29.95 each month since January 2009 on me. They say they send out an email so you can cancel the "membership" and "newletter". I never ordered any of this and the free trial of power flush is not free. They sneak in this automatic membership when you order and you never find out unless you see charges you don't recongnize on your statements. They keep charging even if you cancel the product for the trial period. They have been under the name of www.myshipmyway.com, DJMlifstylefit.com, www.fit-fac.com and fitnesshub.com all for the same charges. I have canceled my card and called the number my bank gave me to cancel any more "services" . I have filled a complant with the FTC and the FBI. This company is a scam under many different names. They also are using Las Vegas NV on the Fitness Hub and Fit-fact.com and using Utah for the charges from DJMlifstlyefit.com and myshipmyway.com. I don't know how this company can stay in business for so long with so mny complaints. I wish the FTC and the FBI would shut it down and put all involved in prison. If you go to the fitfactory.com website there is no address for them.
