Oct 1st - Signed up to program, billed $34.00 via Paypal to my credit card. Company offered 60 day money back guarantee. After reading more details of the program I felt it had been grossly mis-represented what they were offering and I requested a refund one day later, October 2nd. Told I had to complete a 'refund request' and send to an INDIA address, which I did on October 10th. Almost four months later I still have yet to receive a refund after many repeated contacts to the company. I have told them as of last week they had 5 days to process my refund or I would be placing a complaint with Consumer & Corporate affairs, still no resolution.
