I purchased some salad bowls on Nov. 10, 2010 in the amount of $191.92. The company website indicated that these items were in stock and ready to ship. The company charged my credit card but to this date (12/28/10) have not shipped the bowls. I phoned them twice and spoke with the company's owner (Paul Jr.) who assured me that the bowls were on backorder and were due in on Dec. 13, 2010. I have never received the shipment but they charged my credit card for the items on the day they were purchased. Over the past two weeks I have attempted to contact the company every day but got nothing but a recording that they were 'busy working Christmas orders" but would be available again on 12/28. I have emailed and phoned repeatedly and am unable to reach anyone. My emails come back with an auto reply that refers people to their phone number to which I receive a continue busy signal. This company is something less than reputable. I made the purchase in good faith and now am afraid I have been ripped off. Buyer Beware!! J. Podell, Seattle, WA
