As I have seen on the other complaints, I opened by Verizon bill and found two charges for MyTeleBill, each charge for $9.00. I called Verizon and asked them why they allow other companies to put charges on the Verizon bill. Of course the person on the phone knew nothing about that, but she did quickly say that she would reverse the charges and make a change on my account to make it so no other companies could bill through my Verizon account. Then I call MyTeleBill and they didn't see to know when I signed up for the service, but they quickly cancelled the service (at least they told me they did). What a joke!

I discovered a random charge on my home phone bill from MyTeleBill LLC for 'message voicemail service monthly fee.' I did not order this service and in fact have an answering machine, so do not need this service. Apparently your account is activated if you respond to some sort of survey online. This is completely fraudulent and irresponsible of the survey company and this MyTeleBill LLC to trick consumers without their knowledge. I of course have been trying the various numbers to get in touch with MyTeleBill LLC to no avail and no return phone calls from my messages. But I did write down a new number today from their voicemail, which takes you to a porn phone line! I am livid about this! My phone service agreed to put a block against this company on my line and deduct the $7.25 from my bill. Hopefully I am done with this run-around and scam!

I opened my AT&T bill to find 2 months of charges to a company, I have never heard of, or ever done business with before. After several attempts to reach someone, we were told that i signed up for something over the phone (which i NEVER do), but couldn't tell me when i did it. After contacting AT&T and refusing to pay for the charges, and demanding they be removed from our bill, they once again showed up again the following month. According to MyTeleBill, i signed up for voicemail. Why i would do that when i have an answering machine, i have no idea. They are a fraud, and it will probably take me another month or more to get this off my bill. Watch out!!!
