I ordered a pair of Ed Hardy pants in September 2009, this is now October 21, 2009 and I still haven't gotten my pants. The only way to contact them is through email, as the angry aunt says "noone answers the 800#". I've gone back and forth with this company and they even gave me tracking numbers. The numbers were associated to a man that lived in Florida. I am female and live in Philly. Give me a f-ing break. Just issue me a refund and kick rocks.

I ordered an Ed Hardy hoodie from this website thinking that the price was better than what I saw from the other websites. But what I did not know was that they are a total scam website. I called them and left numerous messages to find out when the item was going to be shipped and finally I received a e-mail telling me that they are replenshing their stock and that I will receive a credit for the s/h since I wasn't contacted within the 24 frame. Now I just received the tracking number from them and low and behold the carrier does not have the tracking number in their system. So What I am going to do is try again later and if's it there let them ship it and I am going to turn around and ship it right back to them. This is suppose to be a business and as a business professional they ARE NOT suppose to handle customers in this manner. They do not realize that people talk and when poeple talk their business SUFFER. I will never order from this WEDSITE again and I WARN AGANIST other consumers from ordering from this so-called site. This is 2009 when people are suppose to HONEST and CARE about their customers but evendently THEY DO NOT!!. BEWARE Of this website. If you call them you will not get a LIVE person just a voicemail system telling you a leave a message. WHAT A JOKE!!! I left a message alright and they got back to me. Never again will I order from this website. Also if you return anything back to this company make sure that you get a signature returned back to you so that you will not have any trouble. The US POSTAL SERVICE IS GREAT FOR THAT. Required Signature. Very Unhappy with this company. Birthday present for my niece and its gone straight to H#!!.
