i'm a fraid that this complaint will take the same ignorancy as wellas when i met the branch manager at messadak st, Dokkie.
the problem started when i got a new cell. phone defected, we send it to be fixed it came back with the same problem, all i can say i lost the count how many times that divice has to go to be repaired and comes back with the same problem, the story started on Jan. 2008. By May, and utill now it is at your maintenance office receipt No. 198991.
the problem they can give us a new phone but we have to pay around 1, 500.00 LE for a telephone did not work for two days since i bought it, and they claim that, that amount is insuranse amount.
what upsits me the most that i went myself to cairo office in dokkie, i had met the branch manager Mr. Ahmed and as normal we will call you also he give me his the perosnal telephone # i was calling him every day to follow up with him he promised that someone wil call me that was on the 5th, of november, what is realy weird the he is closing his telephone since one week, or may be it is a message on his phone what soever is the reason i should get a quilifed person to tell me why i have to pay for a defected telephone, or this is the way once i bought something this guarntee story is a fake or why no one takes this seriously. i hope that someone can look for 11 months outstanding problem even for the company image.
