I ordered an n-joy cigarette kit from the distributor/seller of N-Joy in France. The distributor has been handling the business very poorly. When I ordered it I never received any confirmation by email, nor tracking information, therefore the package was sitting at the post office and I somehow managed to find it. Nevertheless, one of the batteries was defective and I tried to contact the seller by email. I never received a response. I then tried to contact him by phone (as it says on the website, only between 14-17 hours on workdays), and he was non-responsive. I managed to get in touch with him once, and he agreed to send a replacement battery. I did receive the replacement battery and it was also malfunctioning. The two defective batteries appear slightly different than the battery that functions (1-2mm longer and a slightly different screw). I tried to contact the seller but he has not responded to any email since, nor does he respond to phone calls.
Meanwhile I raised a dispute with pay-pal, however they cannot do anything about it as the website of N-Joy in France is not covered by pay-pal reimbursement policies. Right now, France's N-Joy website is offline (http://www.njoy-cigarette.com/). The seller did not send any bill or invoice with the shipment, did not send a warranty (even though according to the original, U.S. site, the product is covered by a one year warranty), and overall it has been a very frustrating and negative experience with this seller. I would strongly discourage anyone ordering from this website. The seller's name is Phillip Barberin.
