this Charge to my account happen when i receive a phone call from a random 800 number with mypublicinfo.com net - offering me some identity sweep protection, later that day i got a charge of the company epiphany long distance service, what i do for every call to receive information written before any purchase, (never receive any written information) so i got 2 other charge in my account from mypublicinfo for 2.95 then identity sweep for 6.99 and the epiphany long distance with 6.95 and 39.95 all this happen after the phone call i receive and all transaction with my Debit card information in the same month... i don't usually give away the information but the only 2 company with my info is for auto payment are my mobile company and paypal.

i will love to have a help here for this situation .. i see that it not the first time and only person to happen this. 2 other people i know also have the same issues. thank you for the time taken to review this case...

Was charged money to my account unauthorized and the phone number on the website does not work so now I cannot get my money back or cancel the membership. Also cannot use the live chat support because of lack of information therefore I cannot log in.

Horrible businessman. Huge rip off. Sold us a CD of thumbnails (67KB sized pictures) for $200. The pictures weren't even big enough to view on a computer. His reasoning was that people who pay for their pictures shouldn't be allowed to print them at all. Even though, you are buying them from him.

Still trying to get our money back.
