I purchased a home from Sundial homes in ajax and sent in a form to Ronda for the shingles to be replaced because after 1 month of living there the roof was leaking. ( I had a 2nd home inspection done shortly after I moved in and that's how the problem was discovered) I Waited for a reply but of course nothing was done. I called head office & they told me I must contact Ronda. I tried several attempts to reach her and left messages. I tried to call her once again after 2 weeks of waiting and finally caught her picking up the phone for once. I explained everything to her & she gave me the big "runaround" . To make a long story short I hired my own roofer to get the Job done. Sundial is the worst builder in Ontario. Cheap houses and bad service should be their slogan.
