I sent a MONEY ORDER NO .2450 by speed post to KOLKATTA on 26/06/2008 from MALAD POST OFFICE (Pin: 400 034). Unfortunately however, the MONEY ORDER Worth Rs 5000/- has not been delivered till 16.07.2008 (as per the confirmation received from native palace). It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?

(Dallas)Texas. they have not been shipped an I have call and Emailed to know when they will be shipped, I am getting run around betwean the main office ( or number 817-717-7000 and 7013) and salesman . Horrible ordering policies
Wouldn't remove two items from an order I submitted five minutes ago. They said my card had been charged and the order was submitted to the warehouse. Totally ridiculous. Just contact the warehouse and change the order! Watch out for these guys.

non receipt of goods
I have bought from this company many times before, but I ordered less than $30 worth of goods in Jan 2008 and have not received them and there is no tracking info available. After reading this complaint board I see several other people are having the same trouble. They do not respond to emails or voice mails and if you call they keep you in que for several minutes then just hang up on you. It smells to me of a company about to go bankrupt. Maybe the California Att. General should be informed.
