I received an email saying that I need to renew my Norton antivirus.
I did not realize at the time that I have another antivirus already installed
I ordered the Norton Antivirus on Feb. 21, 2010 and was charged 59.99 on
my Discover credit card. When I discovered that I did not need it, I canceled
the order but have not received a credit on my Discover card.
I do not have the Norton Antivirus on my computer so it was deleted but
somehow I did not get credited.
