I want to alerts people who are going to buy or have already bought properties from Naiknavare Associates. They are builders from Pune. We bought a flat in their Swapnapurti Society, at Hadapsar, and when we started to live there, there were lots of unpleasant surprises.

1. The work was not complete! e.g. The builder 'forgot' to put latches in the bedrooms from inside.

2. 2 electrical sockets were not working!

3. The flush in the toilet is not working!

4. And the major headache is water problem. We had to go without water for 1 evening and night. Water was available only the next day at 2 pm. I had to wait for the water and was delayed for work. They tell us that there is no PMC water connection!

5. Also, when we called the cable person to put the cable connection, he had to bring the cable wire from the terrace, from the balcony into the hall. The inbuilt cable point provided by the builder doesn't work at all!

So beware, try to avoid the projects by Naiknavare Associates.
