I have not received a reply in about 4 days and have not received my money
In September, I joined Naked Poker in hopes of find some weak games. On November 3rd, 2006, I requested a cashout of $100.00 from my Naked Poker account. This was my 1st withdrawal from this casino. Hearing nothing from them via email, I assumed all was well until I received an overdraft notice from my bank. I checked my records and saw that my Naked Poker cashout had never made it to my bank account. When I wrote to NP about this, they gave me the date and amount of the transaction and told me to check with my bank.
Three weeks ago, my bank representative combed through the bank records for this transaction or attempted transaction and found nothing. She said I should file fraud paperwork and a police report if I did not get my money.
I let NP know about all of this and gave them my bank contacts info.I have sent numerous emails to NP wondering about the whereabouts of my money and their progress. I even told them I will take serious action--bad press on players forums, etc. On a few occasions a woman named Jean replied, saying only that my issue had been forwarded to the accounting desk.
NP has ignored my requests for further information about my money. NP has also refused to give me any direct contact information for this mysterious accounting desk. I have been trying to get an answer for them for 3 weeks I still have some money on their site but am afraid to cash it out. It took a matter of seconds for NP to take money OUT of my account. I just want them to return it Either NP is incompetent, or dealing with me in bad faith. As of this writing, I have not received a reply in about 4 days and have not received my money.

This has been a frustrating experience for someone who is still rather new to the affiliate world
I have been trying to figure out why Naked Poker does not accurately report my customers or pay my CPA. I have a customer who cleared his requirements to earn a $500 bonus, which required 500 Naked Poker Points. To earn my CPA, my players must earn 100 points. Obviously this customer earned that and more, yet my report shows zeroes across the board. My stats say I have signed up 55 players but I cant see them all. I have emailed both support and their affiliate email numerous times at least 15 emails from both my affiliate email and my website email. I have gotten a few responses that half-heartedly said they would look into it, but most emails have gone unanswered. Im very frustrated because I had promoted naked heavily, which is evidenced by the 55 sign ups I've gotten there, by far the most of any other site I promote in such a short time around two to three months. The CPA is only $75, but I have to say first of all, with their shoddy reporting I might have more owed to me that I can't see, and secondly, its a matter of principle. If they are treating me this way, I have to assume they are doing it to other affiliates and possibly players. Thank you for being an avenue for someone like me to turn to. This has been a frustrating experience for someone who is still rather new to the affiliate world, and it has dampened my enthusiasm for the business greatly
