Struggling Single Mom November 20, 2009

Nancy Gilligan = Deadbeat Producer

Video Producer Nancy Gilligan of Shamrock Pictures failed to pay me $9, 000+ in compensation and out of pocket expenses she owes me, from
my employment at her company. She made numerous promises to pay me, but has now stopped contacting me altogether. My continued attempts to
get the money I am due, now almost a year later, have gotten me nowhere. During my last attempt to secure a payment schedule from
her, I was instead advised by her attorney of her plans to declare bankruptcy. And according to him, I should just give up because I
will never see that money, money I really need.

I am now going to try and find a lawyer to help me seek a legal remedy.

Nancy Gilligan a/k/a Nancy Edwards

Nancy Gilligan calls herself a 'TV Producer' and operates in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida. She is in her mid 40s, 5'4, red hair, and currently resides in Putnam County NY.

She hired me to work on a 'tv pilot' she was producing, and stiffed me out of my wages. She also bounced checks to numerous other crew members who worked on this project, and numerous vendors, service providers, and landlords.

Nancy Gilligan has several known aliases including Nancy Edwards, Nancy Hillis, Nancy Hill, Nancey Edward, and Nancy Chase. She sometimes identified herself as a 'Satellite Publicity Maven' or a 'Marketing Specialist' depending on the situation.

Nancy Gilligan operates under numerous company names including The Barefoot Agency, Broadcast Media Solutions, Shamrock Studios, Shamrock Pictures, and Take Two Productions. Her last known area of operation is Irvington NY with a company she calls: Barefoot TV or The Barefoot Agency.

Beware of this woman.
