BEWARE of Producer Nancy Edwards (aka Nancy Gilligan) Professional CON ARTIST and Pathological Liar

are not alone. And unfortunately you will likely never be paid in full. Just like her long list of other victims.

Here's a sample of the kind of run-around and BS you can expect from Nancy when it comes time to be paid:

To everyone involved - While there have been so many emails surrounding this, here are the facts involved in the CTL project. I
have been working for months to get this resolved. I understand your frustration and your anger and they are completely justified.
Everyone worked hard on this project and everyone deserves to get paid. But you also need you to know that I have been trying to work
this out and I'm not giving up.

I also did not set out to hurt anyone and I cannot take the constant name calling, the false accusations and charges. I am NOT a con
artist, I just took on more than I could handle and hurt people I never meant to hurt. Whatever you may think of me, I know who I am and
I know what I am NOT.

Whether you chose to believe me or not, I am sorry for the pain I have caused you. Here are the facts:

1) I have a thorough accounting of the money spent on the CTL project. The magazine paid $140K, however, the cost per show averaged
$40 to $45K per show x 5 shows totaling over $222, 000. In addition, we had a shoot in Mexico that in the end, the magazine s funded which cost an additional $22K. This is whythere are outstanding costs against this entire project. I have all documentation of these monies and there was NO FRAUD involved. There simply was not enough money allocated toward the project to pay all the invoices involved. If anyone wants to see the accounting I don'thave a problem with that. I have nothing to hide. I'm also NOT blaming the magazine and over $250K in sponsorship was raised through the magazine toward this project. This was a sponsor driven show and the financing for this program is through the sponsors. You just need
to know all the facts of the matter.

2) I have been in discussion with the magazine to review the accounting and how we can get people paid. They have all the footage,
the drives and the programs. They own all the footage -- I do not.

3) Everyone involved in this project did extraordinary work and deserves to be paid for their time. No one is disputing that.

4) I acknowledge that I have let everyone down by making promises based on the promises of others and optimism, then not being able to
follow through, thinking I can handle this and solve this on my own, when clearly I can't and ultimately making a bad situation worse. I
didn't handle this well and while I tried to get this project back on track, I just couldn't keep up with the mounting debt involved.
Through one simple project and a series of bad decisions, I have caused so much pain, generated so much anger and impacted your
lives. I have lost your respect, my credibility and my reputation. I'm not a victim. I'm humiliated, embarrassed and remorseful. No one
is a winner in this situation.

5) Due to this situation, I have been advised by my attorney to declare bankruptcy. This is NOT what I wanted to do, but I do not
have a choice in the matter. My attorney is XXX and he can be reached at XXX.

In the meantime, I am working with my attorney to resolve this matter . If there is anyway to get you paid I will do all that I can.

I'm truly sorry that I got any of you involved in this mess. You are all incredibly talented and deserve better than this. I hope that we
can get this resolved and that one day you can forgive me for the pain I have caused you.

Nancy Edwards (aka Nancy Gilligan) is, plain and simple, a professional con artist, who preys on people's emotions, to bilk them
out of goods, services, and investment capital.

She has many years of experience ripping off employees, vendors, landlords, investors, and clients, in New York, New Jersey,
Connecticut, and Florida.

The above email, written by her, references her latest 'project' thatwent bust. Numerous victims of her previous 2 'projects' were
similarly left high and dry when it came time to be paid, and were told the very same things she is telling her current victims, namely I
took on more than I could hand, I never meant to hurt anyone, it was a simple accounting problem, and I'm filing for bankruptcy, so don't
bother trying to collect.

For victims who have heard these exact excuses before, her correspondence is laughable. For those who have not, believe not a
single word she says. She is a pathological liar and professional con artist. This is how she makes her living. If you work for her, it
will cost you money, and a ton of aggravation.

Nancy Edwards (aka Nancy Gilligan) was last known to be operating under the business name "World Passport TV", in Dobbs Ferry NY, and
using her maiden name: Nancy EDWARDS because of all the people she has recently burned under her married name of Gilligan, and all the
subsequent web postings about those scams under the name Nancy Gilligan.

Nancy Edwards' other known aliases include Nancy Edward, Nancey Chase, Nancy Hillis, and Nancy Hill. Her SIX previous company names were Red Hot Creative Group, Take 2 Productions, Broadcast Media Solutions, Shamrock Studios, Shamrock Pictures and Barefoot TV.

I urge all of her victims to post the specifics of their stories on this website and contact the New York State Attorney General's Office
to file their complaints.
