I have been experiencing problems in phoning abroad using Lycatel phone card (New World Call) and the Customer service (0207 1012250) haven't been helpful at all; I contacted them 3 times on Saturday, 24/7/10 and again 2 times on 28/7/10 after I realised the problem with the International Card was not sorted out. Till the time of this email, I haven't been able to use the card to phone abroad.
On 24/7/10 the customer service adviser I spoke to, advised the problem I was experiencing was sorted out and that I could phone abroad after 6 hours - I wasn't able to make the call as the problem still existed. I then contacted customer service again on 28/7/10 and was advised the problem was sorted out and that I could phone abroad after 3 hours - this again was not possible - this has caused a lot of distress in me and I feel my statutory rights have been violated
