gas cylinder not deliverd on time

Dear sir/ madam

my gas no is 8561 in the name of Mrs usha rani, i had booked this gas on 19.7.10, due booking no 7919, but still it did not delivered till date. the staff of agency is not cooperative. i have called them many time but there is no response form them . what should I do . pls tell me.

Gas not deliver

I have booked gas on dt: 26/Dec/2009 but I not received the GAS till date. After reminding many times to Nandi Gas Agency, they have not deliver the GAS. The Details of GAS Agency is given below:
