Manager from your Agent Chunson, had never called a meeting nor met with NanYa personnel to try to understand the E+H tool performance; However he sent a letter to NanYa (as enclosed), and declared that E+H had decided to stop all the related service from Chunson to NanYa.
We, NanYa Technology are very disappointed with the quality of service from your agent, Chunson. Specifically, Chunson had terminated its warranty service (including maintaining service and parts provision) to NanYa since August 19, 2009 before completion of equipment final acceptance.
In fact, E+H MX2012-RA-1L has not yet finishes its equipment final acceptance
We believe we are entitled to a fully supportive service from Chunson and E+H before and after the completion of final acceptance. Please retrieve our right and revive our warranty immediately.
