My car needed to be fixed so my husband called, they told him when I could take it in, I go and they're like leave it with us, I call the next day they say it will be DONE that day but it isn't, and it isn't the day after that either. FINALLY I get my car back the day after that late in the evening almost closing, and the next day my engine light was back on! So I took the car back and they asked for me to leave it there but they weren't going to work on it yet so I told htme I'd bring it back later in the day so I did, and they check and see it was the same problem from the weekend before, which was the oil gauge, which means they DIDN'T fix it the first time or did it with a BAD part is what they said... They gave me an actual APT TIME for the morning of 3 days later to bring the car in, so I did and they act like they had no idea about it! They didn't even ORDER the part I needed! So they had me drive a guy to my own house as their "shuttle service" and he drove it back to the shop. They told me before I left it WOULD BE done that day, 7 hours went by and family members drove up there on my behalf to see what was the hold up, and they told them they had a couple more things to do and it would be done THAT DAY... A couple more hours go by and I still get no call from them, and I check the website for phone number and I call, THEY ARE CLOSED FOR AN HOUR ALREADY!! I'm sooo pissed I NEEDED my car tonight! They didn't fix the problem the FIRST time, but under warranty that HAD to fix it again, and they can't even do it AGAIN in the time they tell me!! They are slow and incompetent. I WANT MY CAR - In my eyes this is THEFT of my car now...
