To make a long story short...Around Thanksgiving 2010 I ordered a wall mount wine rack and a buffet server/sideboard .
The items pictured in their catalog are absolutely gorgeous and the pricing is pretty high in my opinion, however, I wanted the two items because I've never seen these styles anywhere else and wanted something unique. Received the Wine rack fairly quickly and I was a little disappointed in the appearance for the $ I paid. The Buffet/sideboard was to take 8-10 weeks. After the 8 weeks, I started to call Napa style to get any info updating eta of the piece. Customer service didn't give me any info other than that it takes awhile. After 12 weeks I started emailing Customer service and calling, leaving messages and no response to my question and then one day I finally got a hold of someone and they explained that it just got off a truck in Ohio. On March 12 the delivery service called to set up delivery date. March 14 it was delivered. The piece was broken in 3 places and the quality and presence of this item was so cheap, I couldn't believe it. The delivery man said it came from India. Customer service gave me the impression that it was made here in the US by some artisans and that the piece is absolutely lovely. I think I could have done an equal job in making this piece out of scrap wood myself. I refused the delivery due to the damage but was not interested in reordering another piece.
